Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

 

  1. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on jewellery sets that contains earrings, or any earrings sold individually. This include tikka sets and necklace/choker sets as they contain earrings
  2. All sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange
  3. Any items posted back to us without letting us know, will not be accepted
  4. All items must be returned new and unused and in their original packaging. Tags and stickers must still be attached 
  5. Any goods that have been returned, and have been damaged or worn, will not be accepted and will be returned to you
  6. Buyer is accountable for the return postage. 
  7. Any refunds will be processed within 10 days, from once we have received the item. We will only refund the purchase price back to you
  8. If there are any promotions at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount paid at time of purchase
  9. A refund will only be processed when N&A Accessories has received the item back
  10. It is advisable to keep your proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post
  11. N&A Accessories are not entitled to offer a refund or an exchange if there is fault caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear or not following care instructions
  12. I understand that losing stones from jewellery after wear and tear can be frustrating. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for missing stones. If the stones fall out after wear, it is N&A Accessories discretion if it can be repaired it. The postage and delivery of the jewellery has to be covered by the customer

 

Faults

 

  1. If your items arrives faulty, please contact us via the ‘contact us’ link on our website, with your order number and pictures of the fault within 72 hours of receiving the item
  2. We will then get back to you whether the item can be exchanged or refunded. In some cases we will try our best to repair the jewellery for you
  3. Please note that we are not liable for the cost of delivering the items back to us. Any item posted back, should be posted, signed or tracked as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post
  4. When posting items back, please include your order number with the package
  5. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged is securely so that it does not break in transit. If the item is returned to us in a worse condition, the refund will not be processed
